Publications/Repertoire/Productions & Background Experience
I read Law at Trinity College, Dublin, and received my MA in Creative Writing from Queen’s University, Belfast. My collections are The Map of Everything (Dublin, fortyfootpress.com 2006), Swimming Lessons (Wales, Stonebridge, 2001), Beyond the Sea (Clare, Salmon, 2012) and Vacant Possession (Co. Clare, Salmon Poetry, 2017).
I have edited, produced and designed four anthologies of young adults' poetry: The Colour of the World, The Compass (Dublin, MET, 2003, 2004), Uncharted Voyage and Deep Canyons (Dublin, Loreto Abbey Dalkey, 2004, 2005). I founded MET Press and Loreto Abbey Dalkey Press; both educational publishing houses for schools.
I have facilitated creative writing workshops with primary, post-primary and adults in schools and universities from: Glenstall Abbey to The Tyrone Guthrie Centre, from Wales to Beara Island, Iceland to New York, Idaho to Taos, and Montana to Monaco. I am a recipient of The Ireland Fund of Monaco Writer-in-Residence at The Princess Grace Irish Library in Monaco.

Session Details
For creative writing workshops numbers of ten or twelve usually work best for the methodology I employ. For schools, different numbers apply to coincide with class sizes and timetables.
Age Group Details
I am open to working with any age group of individuals who are curious to discover their world of poetics.
