If you pay tax and make a donation of €250 or more to Poetry Ireland in one year, we can claim up to 45% in tax relief from Revenue at no extra cost to you.
- Whether you are PAYE or Self-Assessed, Poetry Ireland can claim tax relief on your donation
- If your donations amount to €250 or more in a year, it could be worth an extra 45% of your original donation
- By signing the CHY3 Certificate, we can then claim tax relief on your donations (totalling €250 or more in any year) for a 5-year period from the year stated on the form (if tax has been paid in those years)
What You Can Do?
Complete a simple CHY3 Cert* (Download the CHY3 Cert here)
Return the original cert including your PPS number and signature, to:
Poetry Ireland, 11 Parnell Square East, Dublin 1, D01 ND60
*The form does not commit you to donating each year, – it simply enables tax relief if you donate €250+ in any of the five years.
