  • Poetry Ireland, 11 Parnell Square East, Dublin 1

The launch of The Well Review Issue Three.

The Well Review was established in 2016 and is named after the historic Cork City neighbourhood of Sunday’s Well. The journal was created to provide a meeting ground for Irish and international poetry, and to also give space to include reflections on visual art and other disciplines. This edition has been produced over the past year with a particular attention paid to the relationships between poetry, music and performance.

Issue Three contains new poems by Mona Arshi, Sasha Dugdale, Paul Muldoon, Billy Ramsell and many more. It also includes a reprint of Sylvia Plath's radio play, 'Three Women'. This event will be headlined by the poet, Paul Muldoon, and will include readings by Paul Bregazzi, Eleanor Hooker, Michael Naghten Shanks, Eamon McGuinness, Gerard Smyth and Enda Wyley. There will also be a performance of traditional Mexican and Irish music by virtuoso violinist, Lynda O' Connor.
