Banshee is a print literary journal published twice a year – in spring and autumn – and features short stories, flash fiction, poetry and personal essays. Its first issue launched in September 2015, and the most recent is #9.5, the spring/summer 2020 issue.
Banshee Press was founded and is edited by three writers and millennials: Laura Cassidy, Claire Hennessy and Eimear Ryan. They love exciting, accessible, contemporary writing in all forms.
Submissions for issue 11 are open until 31 October -- send your stories, essays, poetry & flash!
