Residency at Bloomville House

Looking for a quiet stretch of six months or more to read, write and think, surrounded by books, trees and meadows? A restored Georgian farmhouse in the Offaly countryside offers a rare opportunity for a young writer. Your host is a retired teacher and Green activist with a wide range of interests. Room and board, along with a weekly stipend, are offered in return for modest contributions of labour, primarily on outdoor tasks; breakfast and lunch are self-catering, while dinner is generally shared. Trial visit can be arranged. Residency to start September 2020.
