Part 1 Saturday 31 July, 2.00pm - 4.30pm
Part 2 Sunday 1 August, 2.00pm - 4.30pm
This workshop spread over two mornings will provide you with a full understanding of the poetic form. It will guide you through the elements of the poem including metaphor, simile, rhythm, sound, line and line breaks, density of language etc. The workshop will be facilitated in a friendly manner using, discussion, writing exercises, and personal feedback. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced writer, the workshop is designed to allow you to develop at your pace and to your own level.
