The Moth Poetry Prize

The extremely reputable Moth Poetry Prize is now accepting entries from unpublished poets over 16. The prize awards a single poet with €10,000 and three runner-up poets with €1,000. This is an international competition with no line, subject or theme limit. 

Poems will be judged anonymously by T.S. Eliot Prize-winning Jacob Polley. Entry fee is €12 per submission; poems can be entered online at or mailed to The Moth, Ardan Grange, Milltown, Belturbet, Co. Cavan, Ireland. Include a cheque to 'The Moth Magazine Ltd' and a cover letter with contact information and the title of the included poem in the mailed submission.
