Sligo - The Word

The Word takes place on the last Wednesday of the month at Sligo Central Library, a superb collaboration between Sligo Central Library and the staff and students on the BA (Hons) Writing and Literature, IT Sligo.

A published writer and emerging writer both read, followed by Q&A and open mic. Race in before the 6.30pm start to sign up for an open mic slot.

Poetry, prose, music or song all welcomed.

Free admission and complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits/warm welcome/inspiration.
